Following dialogs and new content

Detector, run after every plugin: when elements are added to the page or shown (e.g. a dialog opens), other plugins favour them for a while. frequency doesn't apply.

Nothing to set up: it works by itself, so a plain elsetest --url staging.example.com already uses it.

This is Elsetest's MutationCluster plugin. It runs as the instance ClusterOnChange. It isn't picked like the other plugins: it looks at the page after every one of them.
